Introduction
Build ticketing experiences on top of Ticketero's real-time inventory.
The Ticketero API gives you programmatic access to event tickets worldwide. Whether you’re building a mobile app, a website or a marketplace integration, the API exposes the same inventory and flows that power Ticketero.
What you can do
- Discover events by destination, performer or venue, and browse their tickets.
- Lock and order tickets: hold a ticket for 5 minutes, then confirm the purchase.
- Render seating maps with drop-in interactive map scripts (v2 and v3).
- Autocomplete performers, venues, cities and airports.
Base URL
All endpoints live under a versioned base path. Use v4. It is the fastest and most complete.
https://production.ticketero.co/api/v4
A sandbox environment is available for testing:
https://sandbox.ticketero.co/api/v4
Every request needs a bearer token. Start with the Authentication guide, then jump into the Buyer API Reference to try calls live.
A first request
curl https://production.ticketero.co/api/v4/search/event \
-H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{ "eventId": "14197", "withPerformers": true }'
Where to next
- Authentication: get and use your token.
- Base URLs & versioning: environments and versions.
- Ticket purchase flow: search, lock, order, status.
- Buyer API Reference: every endpoint, with a live “Try it”.
